— A cultural movement built on rhythm, joy, and community.
I’m Mr. VYBES, and my mission is simple:
to help people feel alive again through culture, movement, and joy.
But this movement didn’t start in a studio.
It started with a boy who didn’t feel good enough.

Growing Up In a Body I Didn’t Love
As a teenager, I struggled deeply with my body.
I was teased for my weight, my thick legs, my chest — all the things that made me different. I hid behind baggy clothes and quiet confidence because I didn’t feel like I belonged anywhere.
At 16, the pressure became overwhelming.
I reached a breaking point where I almost gave up on life entirely. But something inside me refused to quit.
That moment became the first turning point of my life.

Finding Strength When I Had None
I started walking.
Then running.
Then changing my diet.
Little by little, I lost 30 pounds — but more importantly, I gained confidence, discipline, and belief in myself.
Movement saved my life before it ever became my career.

Watching a Woman Sacrifice Everything
My mother worked multiple jobs to raise three kids.
She gave everything to us — including her health.
As the years passed, her body reflected the weight of her sacrifices.
I encouraged her to put herself first.
To choose herself.
To reclaim her health.
And she did.
She became an aerobics instructor and lost over 70 pounds.
Watching her transformation lit a fire in me —
a passion for helping people, especially women, prioritize their wellness.

2021: When Life Hit Hard
In 2021, I hit another low point.
Overwhelmed, exhausted, and hopeless, I attempted to end my life.
A month later, my mother was diagnosed with stage 2 triple‑negative breast cancer.
That moment changed everything.
Life became precious.
Purpose became urgent.
And I stepped into the role of full‑time caregiver —
attending appointments, chemo sessions, surgeries, and building nutrition and fitness plans to support her recovery.
After a year of fighting, she became cancer‑free.
Her victory became my mission.

Creating The Mr. VYBES Caribbean Dance Experience
In 2018, I launched what would eventually become
The Mr. VYBES Caribbean Dance Experience —
a high‑energy, cultural, joy‑filled workout inspired by the rhythms of the Caribbean.
It took years to perfect.
Years to shape the energy.
Years to build the confidence to lead it.
But when it finally came together, it became more than a workout.
It became a celebration.
A release.
A community..

Empowering Women to Live Healthy, Happy, and Whole
I understand the challenges women face:
My mission is to give women the tools to reclaim themselves —
physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Through movement.
Through culture.
Through community.
Through joy.
They call me Mr. VYBES because that’s what I bring:
an unmistakable energy, an emotional connection, and a space where people feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
Life is too precious to live any other way.
